Our Story

Tradición que se siente. Sabor que enamora.
Ma’Sita’s was born from family, tradition, and love. We are honored to share this authentic Bolivian tradition with our community while honoring the roots, culture, and family recipe behind every single one we make.
Our salteñas are more than food. They are tradition passed down through generations.
They are memories of home, family gatherings, hard work, resilience, and love baked into every fold.
Thank you for being part of the story.
What began as a family recipe and small home business is now growing into something much bigger than we ever imagined.
As the next generation behind Ma’Sita’s, we carry not only the responsibility of preserving our family’s tradition, but also the vision of expanding it far beyond our kitchen walls. What started as a dream built through sacrifice, passion, and perseverance is now evolving into a growing brand rooted in culture, community, and legacy.
Our goal is simple:
To share the warmth, flavor, and tradition of authentic Bolivian salteñas with as many people as possible.
Every market, every event, every customer, and every salteña served is part of building something that honors our history while creating opportunities for our future.
Ma’Sita’s is more than a business to us. It is family, culture, entrepreneurship, and legacy coming together in every bite.
Where It Started..
A tradition that began over 36 years ago in a home kitchen became a beloved tradition for friends, family, and customers who kept coming back for the unforgettable taste of homemade salteñas.
Started by Jose and Sandra Del Granado, every batch was made with care, pride, and the comforting flavors of Bolivia.
After Jose passed in 2008, Sandra continued the tradition from her home kitchen, serving the community with the same, love and dedication that started it all.
Today, Ma’Sita’s carries that legacy forward into a new generation.
